You protect it like your baby… if anyone tries to attack it… you attack right back… you go far and deep to protect your baby… That day Bhavish did just that … try to save his baby… Ola Electric.

Maybe the common people found it repulsive that a CEO would come down to push and shove… but that’s what …a shareholder would want his CEO to do… to fight back… unlike the total silence from Ratan Tata when one Nano car caught fire…

All Ratan Tata could say that his staff is looking into the matter.

We at PlugInCaroo have already posted that 99% of the problem with Ola Electric is with VCU and some also with loose connections. If its not a mechanical problem which you can see… then the problem is with VCU or loose connections…A reboot should usually solve the problem. One way to Re-boot the VCU would be to… open the front apron… (VCU is inside the WHITE Plastic vertical box) disconnect the power cord to the VCU and connect again… also checking for loose connections at all the connectors would be a good option.

Low priced locally assembled electric vehicles do not use a VCU so they don’t have such problems. We at PlugInCaroo also feel that economy eScoters should not have Touchscreen or VCUs.

It is not that Bhavish is not doing anything… he could either scale up or make parts available… he couldn’t do both with a limited budget.

But now Ola Electric has engaged EY India to improve its After Sales Service. This includes resolving problems related to spare parts availability, upgrading service quality in underserved regions, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

It seems that the company has engaged multiple scooter mechanics on YouTube to show how easy it is to open the Ola Electric Scooter and check for problems by customer himself.

Ola Electric has come under the scanner of multiple agencies and has been asked to adhere to the law & customer satisfaction.

The BEST PART IS OLA ELECTRIC will have to… DROP EVERYTHING and FIX THE SERVICE ISSUE FIRST… only then move on…. and once this Issue is FIXED… Ola Electric will be UNSTOPABLE… Ola Electric will be the BEST COMPANY to come out of India till date.

Decades ago people in other countries respected INDIA’s FRUGAL ENGINEERING for building the NANO Car within Rs 100,000/-… Foreigners don’t know any other BRAND from India other than Tata Nano… Ola Electric will change that for sure.
