The hub motor in the rear & the electric motor in front of the rear wheel at 00:07 is a clear giveaway… he also seem to have a set of 3 Lead-Acid batteries on his bonnet… at least he doesn’t have to worry about any battery fire 😉 in the lifetime of the car.
As a Go-Kart it is very good.

Furthermore, it is a joint project, reason for its significant largeness.

5 Yrs ago Kerala Govt launched a Solar Boat called Aditya.
Over 5 Yrs it saved 150,000 Ltrs of Diesel.
So if you take an average of Rs 75/L over the last 5 yrs it is evident that the govt saved (Rs 75 x 150,000 = Rs 1,12,50,000) in fuel cost & another 5 to 10 lakhs in servicing & maintenance costs.
This is Rs 22,50,000 per year. Add 1.5 Lakh for servicing costs. This makes it 24 Lakhs per year.
Thus saving 24 Lakhs per year with one solar boat.
Why not launch 1,000 solar boat? (500 big & 500 small boats) And get a profit of Rs 240 Cr every year!!!
