Indians… will you still buy Tesla Cars?… after DonkeyRoute sent back by Elon Musk and Donald Trump?

After all the humiliation? Would you still buy Tesla?

Prisoners of War are treated much more humanly…

EVEN… DEATH ROW CRIMINALS and POWs have rights and are protected from violence, torture, and public curiosity.

For eg Prisoners of war (POWs) must be treated humanely and with respect for their dignity and honor.

Treatment:

  • POWs must be given adequate food, clothing, housing, and medical care.
  • POWs must be paid for work done and not forced to do dangerous or unhealthy work.
  • POWs must be released quickly after conflicts end.
  • POWs must be able to communicate with their families and receive packages.
  • POWs must not be subjected to coercive interrogation.
  • POWs must not be paraded or interrogated in front of the media.
  • POWs must not be subjected to physical mutilation or medical experiments that are not justified by medical treatment.

Protection:

  • POWs must be protected from acts of violence or intimidation.
  • POWs must not be subjected to insults or exposure to public curiosity.
  • POWs must not be the subject of reprisal.
  • POWs must be protected against murder, torture, and cruel, humiliating, and degrading treatment.

Other considerations:

  • POWs must be interned in groups according to their nationality, language, and customs.
  • POW camps must be situated at a safe distance from the combat zone.

These people were not even POWs.

Deportation methods for illegal immigrants vary across countries, but there are some common international practices:

  1. Voluntary Return: Many countries encourage illegal immigrants to leave voluntarily, often providing financial assistance or support for reintegration into their home country.
  2. Forced Removal: This involves physically deporting individuals who refuse to leave voluntarily. It is often carried out by immigration authorities and may include detention prior to deportation.
  3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Countries like the United States follow detailed SOPs during deportation, which include the use of restraints in certain cases, ensuring safety during transportation.
  4. Diplomatic Agreements: Countries often negotiate agreements with others to facilitate the deportation process, ensuring that deportees are accepted back into their home country.
  5. Legal Frameworks: Deportation is governed by national and international laws, ensuring that the process respects human rights and legal standards

Even prisoners of war AND even Death Row Criminals have rights… similarly while deporting immigrants whether legal or illegal has its own protocol… What Trump tried to do was DICTATE TERMS to other countries that he was the boss and he doesn’t care for rules. He tired to do it with his ABSURD TARRIFS and China called his bluff.

Any wrong action can be justified by many reasons. But what he did that day has never been done in history.
