1. Status of Gig, Z-Series & Shakti 1.5kwh – When will they launch – before motorcycle/erickshaw or after? in 1st Qtr of CY 2026 or 2nd Qtr of 2026… or at leas in calender Yr 2026. Without ZSeries, GigScooter and Shakti1.5kWh Ola cannot generate volumes … above 15,000. e2Wheelers is a VERY price sensitive market… proven by the huge success of BaaS EMI.

2. Status of Hyper Charger – How many…
hypercharging points are there in India. What is the percentage of income from it? Are they collaborating with any Hotels, Restaurants, Dhabas, Petrol Pumps or garages to have these installed? This could be secondary income.… since Ola already has a huge nos of scooters out there.
3. Why Ola is not impleting BaaS?… which has already become a huge success…people FEEL they are getting the vehicle at half price.
Hero is selling Vida at half price… Rs 45,000 instead of Rs 90,000. Today TVS, Hero, Ather and Ultraviolette are using BaaS and they have all noticed sales double. So why is Ola Electric refusing to give BaaS option?
4. Live charging points on website: You can find the links to the charging points on their websites below. Are the numbers listed the latest or do they need to be updated. Right now Ola has below 1,000 charging points to Ather’s approx 5,000 points. This figure of less than1,000 is way too low... any plans to increase it.

Q1) Is it possible for Ola to scale the charging points and add approx 10,000 charging points every year? This would also add to operating income. Are these Charging stations cost intensive?
Q2) Could these Charging stations be installed on a Franchise Model to enable faster rolling out? So that those who install this along with Ola could get a regular income.

Q3) Every Quarter there should be a comparison of the number of new chargers installed compared to last year.
Q4) . Is there a Charging Station installing division within Ola?… which takes care of planning, installing and mapping of hypercharging stations?
6. Any update on the Shops closed in Maharashtra and Goa? Are sales happening in Maharashtra and Goa? Any timeline for reopening of those stores? Can we have the live nos of shops currently open live on the map.
7. Why Ola shops have broken down scooters parked on the main roads? Was it done purposely by traditional manufacturers to create bad publicity for Ola? Because there are no other brand that has bad scooters lined up in road side for people to see. Is that not bad publicity? Not only is it inconvenient and illegal, Ola also becomes easy target. Cannot there be warehouses or containers where these can be stored systematically.
8. EXPORTS: Has Ola Electric started exporting eScooters? If No why? … is there any particular timeline for exports tonstart? If Ola has been exported… how many vehicles have bee exported till now? Was it all Gen3? Which countries did we export to? Will Ola avoid exporting to developed countries like US and Europe because there the market has a huge entry barrier and not very bike-friendly while the south Asian markets are bike friendly and more popular mode of transportation… than the west.
Would Ola be exporting both the Scooter and the Motorcycle to these countries
9. When will Gig Scooters and Z-Series launch? Since these will be able to increase the Revenue… thereby attracting share holders. In 2 wheelers there are FAR GREATER sales of vehicles BELOW 90,000 than those over 1 Lakh. The ratio as you can see at the bottom of the page is shocking… its 70 Pulsar (costing Rs 90K) are sold for every 1 Avenger (Rs 2.40) or 1 Dominar (costing Rs 1.80L)
10. When will electric Autorickshaw launch? Will it launch after Gig & Z-Series and Motorcycles?

11. Why make PREMIUM 2-Wheeler and making CHEAP small Car? Should it not be the other way around?… Cheap 2-wheeler and premium SUV?… Is it not the financially weaker section that buys 2Wheelers while it’s the financially stronger section that buy the Car? and 50% of Indian car sales happen to be in SUV. Small cars and 7-seater vans like Omni and Versa are mostly used (legally and illegally) for Taxi Cab business.
Eg: Also Very few Avengers/ Dominars bikes sell (less than 2,000 annually) compared to Pulsar (above 10,00,000 annually)… the Ratio is very alarming.
This was reflected when Nano was launched… and then when Reva Car was launched… you can also see that the sale of MG comet is far lesser than the sale of NexonEV.


INDIAN CAR MARKET (caters to Commercial TaxiCab business and Financially better off individuals)

In India… 2 Wheelers priced BELOW Rs 1 Lakh … sell much more than those… priced above Rs 1 Lakh … in supposedly the 4th largest economy of the world!
11. Can we have monthly sales report of Ola Shakti at the end of every month? It will help the investor confidence
12. In the far future Will Ola be getting into DRONES for agricultural / military purposes… and…. eVTOLs Aircraft for passenger Electric Vertical Take Off & Landing? Since Bengaluru is getting more and more famous for Traffic Jams VTOLs could mean good business.
