That’s what people feel… they feel they are getting a scooter at half price… but they have to pay min cost of riding 1,000 kms per mth … even if they ride 700kms… they still pay for 1,000 kms.

Some companies charge Rs 2 per km … others charge Rs 1.24 per km… billed for a min of 1,000 kms per mth.

The advertisement says… get the vehicle at half price (approx)… but is it really so?
